Teosbet Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "Terms & Conditions") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and Teosbet (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at teosbet.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer services, lottery-style games, promotions, and customer support.

By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Teosbet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety, without modification. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Teosbet platform and close your account.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the Teosbet Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and all game-specific rules and promotional terms, all of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on the Teosbet platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. Teosbet enforces a strict 21+ policy in accordance with the minimum age standards applicable to online gaming and casino-style entertainment. Proof of age will be requested during the KYC verification process.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal disability, guardianship, or court-ordered restriction from gambling activities are not eligible.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Teosbet platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for any purpose — including circumventing bonus restrictions — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Own Identity: You must register using your own true identity. Registering on behalf of another person, using fictitious information, or using another person's identity constitutes fraud and is subject to account termination and legal action.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be a person who has voluntarily self-excluded from the Teosbet platform or any other gaming platform, whether through Teosbet's own self-exclusion programme or through any external responsible gambling scheme.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: Your access to and use of the Teosbet platform must not violate the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of access.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update your Account information should any details change.

Prior to processing your first withdrawal or upon reaching the applicable unverified withdrawal threshold, Teosbet will require you to complete KYC identity verification. The documents typically required include:

• A valid Malaysian government-issued identity document — MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence (front and back)
• Proof of residential address, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or tenancy agreement dated within the last three (3) months
• A clear selfie photograph of you holding your identity document, with both your face and the document clearly visible
• Verification of your nominated payment method (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account or bank statement showing your full name)

Teosbet will process KYC submissions within 24–48 hours under normal circumstances. We reserve the right to request additional documentation where required for compliance purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in temporary restrictions on withdrawal functionality.

Teosbet supports a range of Malaysian-friendly deposit and withdrawal methods. All transactions on the platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency transactions. The following terms govern all financial transactions:

5.1 Deposits

• Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard, subject to availability at the time of deposit.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for most payment methods. The minimum for cryptocurrency deposits is the equivalent of RM100 in USDT TRC20.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account Balance immediately upon confirmed receipt. Processing times may vary by payment method (e-wallets: instant; bank transfers: 5–10 minutes; crypto: 15–30 minutes).
• Teosbet does not charge platform-side fees for deposits via most supported methods. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which Teosbet accepts no responsibility.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are only processed to a verified payment method that matches the account holder's KYC-verified identity. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum single withdrawal and daily withdrawal limits apply based on your account tier.
• Teosbet reserves the right to perform security and compliance checks on all withdrawal requests. Processing may take up to 48 hours during periods of high volume or for accounts pending enhanced verification.
• Bonus Credit that has not satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements is not withdrawable and will be forfeited upon withdrawal of Real Balance.
• Teosbet reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, terms violation, or incomplete KYC verification.

Teosbet offers various bonuses, promotional offers, and loyalty rewards from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

• Bonus offers are available to Eligible Users who have completed account registration. Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only, unless otherwise specified.
• All bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements. Teosbet's welcome bonus wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x depending on the selected offer tier. Specific multipliers are clearly displayed on the applicable bonus offer page.
• Wagering requirements must be met using Real Balance wagering or eligible Bonus Credit wagering as specified in the offer terms. Certain game categories (e.g., live dealer, certain slots) may contribute differently to wagering requirements — see individual offer terms for contribution rates.
• Teosbet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Such actions will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered in good faith.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated wagering patterns, exploitation of technical errors, and multi-accounting to claim duplicate bonuses, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus credit and may lead to account suspension.
• Birthday bonuses and referral rewards are subject to separate terms detailed in the applicable programme pages and are available only to verified accounts in good standing.

All games and betting markets offered on the Teosbet platform are governed by specific game rules, available within each individual game or betting market interface. The following general provisions apply across all wagers:

• Wagers are final once confirmed by the platform. In cases of network interruption or technical error during wager placement, Teosbet's server logs constitute the authoritative record of wager status.
• Teosbet reserves the right to void wagers that were placed in error, as a result of a system malfunction, on markets with incorrectly priced odds, or in circumstances where a technical fault materially affected the outcome of a game.
• Minimum and maximum wager limits apply per game category and betting market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and are subject to change without notice.
• In-play sports betting markets are subject to suspension and delay at Teosbet's sole discretion, particularly during periods of live match incidents. Wagers accepted during a brief delay are valid unless otherwise indicated at the time of placement.
• Winnings are calculated based on the odds or RTP displayed at the time the wager was accepted and confirmed. Subsequent changes to odds or game parameters do not affect confirmed wagers.
• All random number generators (RNGs) used in Teosbet's casino and instant game products are independently certified. RTP figures are published for each game title.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Teosbet platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or in communications with customer support
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts, whether directly or through proxies, associates, or family members residing in the same household
• Laundering funds through the Teosbet platform, including depositing and withdrawing funds without significant gaming activity
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of software to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or technical vulnerabilities — any such exploit must be reported to support immediately; exploitation of known errors constitutes fraud
• Engaging in collusion with other players in poker or any other multiplayer game format
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or interfere with the Teosbet platform's source code, data feeds, odds algorithms, or security infrastructure
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, integrity violation, or insider betting in relation to any sporting event offered on the platform
• Using the platform to conduct, facilitate, or promote any illegal activity

All content displayed on the Teosbet platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, software, graphics, game interfaces, text, data compilations, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of Teosbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Teosbet content without prior written authorisation
• Use Teosbet's trademarks, logos, or brand names in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without express written consent
• Frame, embed, or mirror any portion of the Teosbet website on any other website, application, or digital platform
• Commercially exploit, resell, or sublicence any portion of the Teosbet platform or its content

Any unauthorised use of Teosbet's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may give rise to legal action for damages and injunctive relief.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Teosbet provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Teosbet makes no representation or warranty that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Teosbet shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from or in connection with:

• Interruptions to, or unavailability of, the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, network outage, or circumstances beyond Teosbet's reasonable control
• Any loss of winnings, profits, or funds resulting from reliance on inaccurate information, system errors, or third-party data provider failures
• Gambling losses incurred by Users who have failed to make use of available responsible gambling tools, including deposit limits and self-exclusion
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or regulatory holds
• Unauthorised access to a User's Account arising from the User's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials

In any event, Teosbet's aggregate liability to any individual User for all claims arising in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Teosbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides a range of tools to assist Users in maintaining control of their gaming activity. These tools are available in the account settings section of your dashboard and include:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated reminders may be set to notify Users after a specified period of active gaming activity.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying time spent and net gaming activity during the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request voluntary self-exclusion for periods of 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Closure: Users may request permanent account closure at any time via live chat support. All outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Credit will be forfeited upon closure.

Teosbet strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and is not a financial product or investment vehicle. Teosbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any other applicable Teosbet policy
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after request
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crimes
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a payment provider in connection with a deposit to the account
• Request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority
• Prolonged account inactivity (defined as twelve (12) consecutive months without any login activity) — dormant account management fees may apply in accordance with Teosbet's dormant account policy
• User's voluntary self-exclusion request

Upon termination of an Account for cause, Teosbet reserves the right to withhold all Account Balance pending investigation and recovery of any outstanding obligations. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to misconduct (e.g., voluntary closure), all verified Real Balance funds will be returned to the User via their nominated payment method within 5–10 business days.

Teosbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via platform notification or email to the registered address on file, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice prior to the effective date of the amendment, except where immediate changes are required to comply with applicable law or regulatory obligations.

Continued use of the Teosbet platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date as displayed on this page constitutes the current operative agreement between you and Teosbet. Previous versions are archived and available upon written request.

These Terms and Conditions, and any non-contractual obligations arising from or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operates. Users accessing the platform from Malaysia acknowledge that local laws may apply to their gaming activities.

In the event of any dispute arising between a User and Teosbet in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules of the governing jurisdiction.

For disputes relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, or technical errors, the decision of Teosbet's compliance team — after review of server logs, game data, and applicable game rules — shall be final and binding, subject to the arbitration procedure described above.
